Joanne Lau is an Associate at Education Northwest. She has expertise in event planning, conference coordination, and electronic systems development for collaboration. She designed and maintains the GVS website. She is an active member of Amnesty International USA as a Country Specialist nationally and a group member of local Amnesty Group 48. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Art from Portland State University.
